Technical Recruiter

Job Position: Technology Recruiter

Bridgepoint Consulting is looking to hire Technical Recruiters to join our team and contribute to our continued success/growth by assisting us in the recruitment of technology professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This position entails ownership of the full recruiting cycle for Information technology positions:
    • Identification process – using social media and other databases, to posting positions, using creative recruiting resources to find talents, attending networking events.
    • Hiring process – conducting interviews, negotiating rates and processing in partnership with Finance & HR business partners.
    • Management process – preparing resumes for client presentation, coaching candidates through client interview process, building and maintaining relationships with contract employees.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will be a seasoned Recruiter with at least 2+ years of experience, with a proven track record recruiting in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and hiring targets.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly driven and self-motivated, and likes a challenge, and is proactive in looking for ways to improve strategy, processes and procedures.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred.  Will also consider a recent college graduate who has business acumen.

Sales and Business Development

Job Position: Sales and Business Development Professional

BridgePoint Consulting is looking to hire Business Development Professionals to join the team and contribute to our continued success/growth by expanding our network and increasing revenue through the acquisition and expansion of client accounts nationally across multiple industry verticals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The successful Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities for BridgePoint’s Information Technology service offering.  Develops and deepens client relationships, develops marketing strategies, and provides input into a long range business plan for themselves and BridgePoint Consulting.
  • Leverage your proven sales skills to engage qualified buyers of our services, through cold calling and other successful communication techniques.
  • Learn and Leverage the necessary technical knowledge required to establish credibility with client contacts at multiple levels.
  • Meet required Sales Activity Metrics on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Proven Business Development experience within a business to business type of industry, preferably with an Information Technology business
  • A plus would be prior proven Business Development experience within the Consulting and/or Staffing Services industry, focused on Information Technology business/services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

Senior Datawarehouse/BI Solutions Architect at BridgePoint Consulting in Portsmouth, NH

Job Duties:

  • Meet with the business line owners to understand and define business requirements to create technical solutions for Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse Systems.
  • Responsible for designing and architecting various Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse solutions to service the business line.
  • Create Data Architecture and Data Model Design based on understanding of the business and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Create and Design ETL, ETL Workflows / Mappings utilizing various technologies including Informatica, Oracle Warehouse Builder.
  • Design and develop custom ETL systems for complex, multi-source Data Warehouse applications.
  • Gather reporting and analysis requirements, document the report specifications, implement the metadata layers including physical, semantic, and presentation layers and generate reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop bi reports, interactive dashboards, ad-hoc reports and real-time predictive intelligence reports using analytics tools like Tableau.
  • Review, refine and validate functional requirements and provide the design specifications for the BI solution.


Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or related field, and five (5) years of experience with Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence (Informatica/OBIEE). In the alternative, employer accepts a Master’s degree in the same fields, plus three (3) years of experience with Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence (Informatica/OBIEE).

20% domestic travel required. Will work at unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S.  Telecommuting possible.
